Our vision is to support the Emirati workforce in advancing its skills in the financial sector, by bringing high quality educational programmes to Abu Dhabi.
The Academy is situated in state-of-the-art training facilities in the heart of ADGM, Abu Dhabi’s Independent Financial Centre (IFC) located on Al Maryah Island. You can view our facilities here.
The Academy provides a unique environment that combines high quality learning with stimulating debate around financial matters, enhancing the learning experience of everyone who visits us to engage in training and events, or comes to meet with our experts. We welcome enquiries from companies, partners, speakers and subject matter experts.
All the main aspects of financial education are covered by three Centres: Diagnostics, Employability and Career Counselling, the Services of which are delivered through seven Schools, encompassing Banking & Finance, Digital & FinTech, Entrepreneurship, National Development, Personal Development and Professional Development. You can reserve places on our extensive course programmes, or request completely bespoke training courses delivered at the Academy, or at a location of your choice throughout the MENA region.
